Sanitation Health in Transition was created to help solve the sanitation and water problems in developing countries. In conjunction with the website there is also a book that promotes safe sanitation & water and the beneficial use of feces and urine. Until feces and urine are properly disposed bacteria and other pathogens will continue to as health hazards and kill numerous children and adults and will the major cause of deaths in the world.

Join us in recognizing that this is the key issue in world health that must be solved first in order to improve world health. The solutions are simple and cost effective and will have the highest return on investment. Water issues will be easier to solve when sanitation issues have been addressed.
